I just recently attempted to purchase tickets to the Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival from ticketsnow. I gave them my information and received a confirmation notice the same day in my e-mail.
TICKETSNOW: WORST TICKET SITE EVER GHONIY MUGHNIY (1060-1100)
It said i should receive another notice within 48 hours to fully confirm my order (I know WTF?). When it didn't come i called ticketsnow to check and they said due to issues with a background security check they did on my credit card they could not process my order (again, WTF>? It takes them two days to do what EVERY OTHER WEBSITE DOES IN TWO MINUTES!).

They informed me that my tickets were no longer available but that i could purchase another ticket for 80 dollars more. Needless to say i was in no hurry to use this website again again, so I declined.

When I asked them what went wrong so that I could fix it they told me they couldn't give me that information. When I asked why my credit card still had the charge on it they informed me that they didn't remove the charge until the customer called to complain (the ultimate WTF moment). I would not recommend using this website to anyone who cares about their hard earned cash.
